Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Typically if we receive an order by 12 PM / Midday GMT we're able to dispatch it on the very same day. This excludes pre-orders.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

On some occasions, either during sales events where we're experiencing high demand and a high volume of orders, or down to circumstances outside of our control (weather, Covid, strikes, etc) there may be some delays in processing your order. We're human after all but we'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer £2.99 flat rate shipping to the UK, along with an express shipping option from £5.99. 

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders in the UK for orders over £40.

Please always refer to the live shipping rates displayed during checkout as these will be the most up to date.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping Worldwide. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Typically international orders take 2-10 days depending upon where you live, but these can vary greatly depending upon the destination and are not a guarantee. 

Please always refer to the live shipping costs and estimates presented during checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Empowered by Ashley is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you're in the UK and haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@empoweredbyashley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you're not in the UK (you're shopping from an international destination) and haven’t received your order within 7-20 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@empoweredbyashley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@empoweredbyashley.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
